How much is end of tenancy cleaning in London?
Our fixed prices start at £205 for a studio and £215 for a one-bedroom flat, including one reception room, one bathroom and a single oven. Extra bathrooms or ovens are £40 each. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — no admin fee.
Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Oven, fridge and dishwasher cleaning are all included in every end of tenancy clean — many companies charge £60–£95 extra for the oven alone.
Will I get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard letting agents check against, and we match the clean to your agent's inventory checklist where you have one. If your agent flags anything within 48 hours, we come back and re-clean it free.
Do I need to be there?
No — most tenants hand keys to their agent or leave them with us. Keyholding is insured, coded and never labelled with your address.
How far ahead should I book?
We close the diary 48 hours ahead, so book at least two days before your checkout. A booking is confirmed within 24 hours of your request, once we've matched a team to your slot.
Do you bring everything?
Yes — all products and equipment are included, fragrance-free and safe around pets and children. You don't need to supply anything.
